Unified Fleet Management

PodWarden discovers all your homelab machines via Tailscale and provisions them into K3s clusters using Ansible. From one dashboard, you see every host's health, resource usage, and running workloads. No more SSH-ing into individual machines — manage everything centrally.

Add a new machine to your homelab by connecting it to your Tailscale network. PodWarden discovers it, you click to provision, and it joins your cluster automatically. Remove a machine by draining its workloads first — they reschedule to other nodes.

One-Click App Deployment

PodWarden's template catalog includes 100+ self-hosted applications pre-configured for K3s deployment. Each template includes:

GPU-Aware Scheduling

If you have a GPU server in your homelab (for Ollama, Stable Diffusion, Plex transcoding, or Frigate NVR), PodWarden discovers the GPU hardware and schedules workloads appropriately. Request a GPU in your workload definition, and PodWarden places it on a node with available GPU resources.

Automated Backups

PodWarden's Restic-based backup policies protect your homelab data. Define backup schedules for your persistent volumes, configure hot (fast local) and cold (off-site S3) storage targets, and PodWarden handles the rest. Browse and restore snapshots from the dashboard when you need them.
